Everything was perfect, including amiable staff and particularly good location close to Edinburgh city centre. The breakfast meal was warm and large with jam and a toaster and toasts.

Everything was perfect, even so we stayed for 3 nights only. The breakfast looked nice hot and large, unfortunately we didn't have time and didn't try it.

I had a wonderful stay at the Mackenzie Guest House. The room was spacious, quiet, and comfortable, with nice extras like fresh towels and a variety of teas and coffees. The breakfast offered a great selection, and the coffee was particularly good. The location was convenient, with a bus stop right outside and plenty of nearby pubs and restaurants. I highly recommend this guesthouse for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.
